A sweet friend commented that Bourdain had always reminded her of BMF.
Anthony Bourdain always reminded me of Jeff Jackson. I hope they meet in heaven and talk about good food, drink bourbon, and smoke a cigarette together.
BMF liked Bourdain a lot from a long way back. He called him the “crazy cook fucker“. Sure they both loved to cook, but it’s really because one punk always knows another one. They have a swagger that’s hard to miss.
I’m sorry Tony couldn’t make it through any longer. I’m sorry he felt that bad. I try hard not to judge suicide. But inevitably I do because I think about BMF wanting to live so bad. But he died happy. Tony did not. RIP Anthony Bourdain. You did indeed have the swagger.
