What does it all mean? Why SATAN SATAN SATAN? Why the images of mushroom clouds, buildings being annihilated, and people disintegrating into skeletons? My only guess is that it’s about how life can end in an instant, with everything you ever knew destroyed into dust. In knowing this possibility the Butthole Surfers are trying to say you might as well do things and regret them… live life to the fullest.
