Butter Makes It Better
Long story that I may elaborate on later, but I will at least say that butter makes it MUCH better or at the very least VERy good. Charred on the grill and finished in a pan with butter till just over medium….wholly shit…it was great. *Note from MC – there is a missing photo of whatever dish …
