What can I say about this band that hasn’t already been spat, hollered and shrieked at countless venues……. I can say this..the band originally caught my ear with the song ” I wanna get in your pants” and then immediately made me think of Miss Chicky who I somehow ICQ’ed a copy of in WAV format to her for listening….the rest is history….the photos in the album are courtesy ROB ZERO who went to Athens to check em out and got these incredible pics…….

BMF REVIEW OF THE SHOW

I had been anticipating this show for some time, and I was not disappointed one bit from the time Pretty Vacant hit the stage. Rob and the guys played the songs possibly better than the Pistols can actually play. Rob(Johnny) had all the moves down to a “T”. Snarling his way through all the classics with a few suprises thrown in. Rumor has it that this was Pretty Vacant’s last show. Too bad. But whatever these guys decide to do next, you can bet I’ll be at the shows.

I brought this post and photos over from the archives of Whatever Happened to Rock & Roll on 6/11/17! ~mc

This was Pretty Vacant’s last known show. One of these days I’ll find the full size photos.

BMF became friends with some of the bandmates at the Euclid Avenue Yacht Club.

Rob Zero shares his photos of the 2003 Cramps show @ 40 Watt in Athens, Ga.

Here is a another Pretty Vacant review from the Evil Sponge of a Star Bar show on 11/3/2000.
